Marc Epstein Has been admitted to the Florida Bar since 1982. Marc is a native of New York City and spent his childhood in the Bronx. As a child of a successful restauranteur I realized the value of customer service. It is a trait I acquired from watching the respect given to every customer.
Marc's college education began at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey and after a brief detour into the restaurant business was conferred a B.A. Degree in English from Florida International University. After graduation from FIU Marc earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 1982.
Professionally Marc's career has been focused on Personal Injury and Insurance Law. The constant in any case including personal injury is understanding a client's somewhat emotionally charged objective and advising the client how best to navigate past the issues that will help lead to a successful result. The same is true of any successful attorney client relationship; understanding client needs and explaining the variables that exist in all cases will establish a solid foundation for a unified effort to reach best outcome.
My philosophy in advising clients is simple, know the subject matter, be responsive, be informative and most of all be compassionate, it is how I have practiced law since being admitted in June of 1982.
